    채혈 기준 대기기간은 없지만 사실상의 대기 요건이 있다 — 수출 전 180일 이상(또는 출생 이후 계속) 한국에 머물러야 하고, 그 거주지 반경 10km 안에서 180일간 광견병이 발생하지 않았어야 한다. 이 조건을 못 갖추면 허가 자체가 나오지 않는다.
